Effective date: October 21, 2026. Steve Njavro Media LLC (“we,” “us”) provides real estate photography and media services in the Phoenix, Arizona area. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information on stevenjavromedia.com, in our booking and media portal, and through our email and text messaging programs.
Information we collect.
Information you give us: name, email, phone/mobile number, brokerage, property addresses and order details when you contact us, book a shoot, or sign up for messages. Information collected automatically: basic website usage data (pages viewed, browser, device, approximate location) through cookies and analytics provided by our website host. Booking and payment information is processed by our ordering platform (Aryeo); we do not store full payment card numbers.
How we use information.
To provide, schedule and deliver our services; to respond to questions; to send service messages (confirmations, delivery notices, reminders); to send marketing emails and texts only where you have opted in or where permitted by law; to improve our website and services; and to comply with legal obligations.
How we share information.
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, website hosting, our ordering and media portal, email delivery and SMS delivery providers), solely to perform services for us, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS / text messaging.
If you opt in to receive text messages from Steve Njavro Media LLC, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent (date, time, method and the consent language shown). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
